Personalised and goal-oriented personal Training I offer my clients a wide range of training and rehabilitation sessions. Sessions are tailored to beginners who want to start training, to more experienced who want to improve their fitness level, and to cases of chronic injury, muscular or postural injury, illness, and localized pain.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Restoring movement and function for a better living I offer my clients pain treatment techniques that help you ease your symptoms, injury treatment and prevention, specific sport programmes that enhance performance (sports physiotherapy) as well as post-surgery services.

I’m deeply committed to my client’s wellbeing, so all my clients are constantly monitored to ensure that the physiotherapeutic is helping you, rather than aggravating the problem.

Gyms | Outdoor workouts | Home Service

My services are integrated with gym services, but also externally. I offer outdoor exercises in parks or on the beach (in Marbella), including other integration activities such as cycling. I work in people’s homes when needed. My services also include all the necessary equipment for outdoor and indoor classes.
